Data Deletion Request

Exercise your right to erasure under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.

Under applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Use the form below to submit a deletion request, or email us directly at privacy@wcagrepair.com.

What Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will delete the following data associated with your email address:

  • Scan results and accessibility reports
  • Your email address from our database and any mailing lists
  • Download links and guide access records
  • Monitoring subscription data (active subscriptions will be cancelled)
  • Support correspondence

What We May Retain

Certain data may be retained as required by law or legitimate business need:

  • Payment records — transaction records processed by Stripe are retained for tax and legal compliance (typically 7 years). Contact Stripe Support for payment data deletion.
  • Suppression list entry — if you previously unsubscribed from emails, we retain a hashed record of your email address solely to ensure we do not contact you again. This is in your interest and is permitted under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete processing within 30 days of receipt, as required by GDPR and CCPA. You will receive a confirmation email when your data has been deleted.
